Currently, the firm Hellman & Friedman is the main shareholder of the group. Verisure can be found in 16 countries – in Europe and Latin America – and already has more than 16,000 employees.

2015    Hellman & Friedman acquires the interests of Bain Capital within Verisure Group and becomes its majority shareholder

2017    Launch of Zero Vision alarm, the only alarm with an active human response, capable of stopping burglary
